A short waiting period (up to several minutes depending on how quick your Internet connection is and on the size of the file) is therefore completely normal. We kindly ask that you do not press the «Submit Order» button more than once since that would result in the creation of more than one order.

WARNING: When uploading files the size of which exceeds several MBs, you may need to wait longer or even encounter certain errors (especially if your Internet connection is slow or the file size exceeds 8 MBs).
